It wasn’t until fairly recently that I really started getting into self discovery and personal growth books. But, now I’m totally hooked! And these self-help books are a must read for every woman, regardless of age.
I absolutely love learning about the habits of people who are highly successful and those that are truly authentic. I want to know what they know and how to apply it in my own life. No one can convince me that there is some magic gene that makes someone an olympic athlete or creates a great leader or catapults a person to be top in their field. However, I do think it’s one idea, one mindset, one habit, piggy-backed on top of each other that produces incredible changes in your life.
You are never too old to create new habits
If you are looking to improve how you are living your life, how to appreciate who you are right now or create better habits to reach your goals, then you need to add these books to your must read list.
I have read each of these books, some more than once, and they are all helpful, insightful and incredibly motivating and uplifting, each in their own way. Each of these books contains tidbits of wisdom that I have applied in my own life. I hope you can do the same.
